PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and current customers.
  • Process orders
  • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat inquires.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from our marketing efforts
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Manage customer accounts through quality checks and other follow-up.

Support Specialist

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior Experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 Support
  • Ability to document processes
  • The ability to communicate recurring issues to management.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot client issues on Virtual Servers and Dedicated Servers
  • Identify problem areas which require management attention
  • Respond to customer emails and live chat inquires.

  • Extensive Experience with shell scripting
  • Prior Experience in providing Level 3 Support
